Joint Task Force on Environmental Indicators
The Joint Task Force was established by the Committee on Environmental Policy and the Conference of European Statisticians to assist national statistical agencies and environmental authorities in countries of Eastern Europe, Caucasus, Central Asia and South-Eastern Europe to improve environmental data collection, strengthen environmental reporting and promote comparability of environmental statistics and indicators in the region.
The fifth session of the Joint Task Force will continue reviewing indicators from the ECE Indicators Guidelines. It will also consider additional indicators not covered by the Guidelines.
