Preparatory meeting of 7th European Sustainable Cities and Towns Conference - Geneva 2013

The City of Geneva is organizing the 7th European Sustainable Cities and Towns Conference from 17 - 19 April 2013. Building upon the conclusions of the previous European Sustainable Cities and Towns Conference (Dunkerque 2010) and the outcomes of the Rio+20 Conference, Geneva 2013 will seek to bridge the gaps between environmental, economic and social goals and connect governments, civil society and business through policy and action. http://www.sustainablegeneva2013.org

A first meeting to present the event and discuss about the possible involvement of the main actors of the International Geneva, was held on Thursday 21 June, at 11am, at the International Environment House 2 (meeting rooms area). The City of Geneva will present the Conference and how the various organizations could contribute.
