Talking Disputes, The Appellate Body's decision in US - Tuna II

This event will introduce the recent WTO Appellate Body decision on the US dolphin-safe label (DS381). The landmark decision notably found that the label was discriminating against Mexican tuna products by applying less strict standards for products from other regions. In doing so, the judges provided important indications regarding the application of the TBT Agreement for labels and product standards.
