Biography
Isabella Marras is a Senior Programme Management Officer in charge of Interagency Affairs at the New York Office of UNEP, since July 2022.
Isabella Marras was the Coordinator of the SUN Facility UNEP until June 2022. SUN coordinates the yearly Greening the Blue report, gathering greenhouse gas emissions data from over 60 UN entities worldwide as well as data for waste and water management. Isabella has worked for UNEP since 1997 and her areas of expertise include sustainable production and consumption, sustainable events, environment management systems and sustainability communications.
Isabella received the “Inspirational Women in Geneva Working for the Environment” award in 2016.
