Tiziana Quarta Bonzon is the Manager Climate, Migration and Resilience of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

Tiziana Quarta Bonzon is the Manager Climate, Migration and Resilience of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies since August 2020. Before that she was leading the Global Migration Task Force made of several Red Cross and Red Crescent National Societies and IFRC geographical and technical focal points which acts as an advisory platform to enhance coordination, technical and advocacy guidance in this area of focus.

She was the Unit Manager of the Policy and Programme Support of the IFRC in 2014-2015, providing direction and management for the Policy and Programme Support Unit covering a diverse policy-related portfolio made of cross-cutting humanitarian and development topics.

She has been Senior Officer of Planning and Grant Management from 2005 to 2014, where she negotiated, designed and administered global institutional grants, and where she co-led field monitoring missions and evaluations in several regions and countries.

As Officer Disaster Management Information Systems from 2001 to 2005, she contributed to the development and content management of web-based platforms and tools for disaster early warning, monitoring and information management.
