Franziska Hirsch is the Secretary to the Convention on the Transboundary Effects of Industrial Accidents of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).
Franziska Hirsch is the Secretary to the Convention on the Transboundary Effects of Industrial Accidents of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). Previously, she also worked at UNECE’s Forestry and Timber section, the UNECE/WHO Protocol on Water and Health to the Water Convention and the Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution. Prior to joining UNECE, Franziska started her UN career at the International Trade Centre UNCTAD/WTO. She also has work experience with the European Parliament and the private sector.
