The Geneva office connects research, diplomacy and policy practice across International Geneva to support more adaptive and effective multilateral governance. It works with UN system partners and Geneva-based institutions to translate emerging risks and scientific insights into actionable policy approaches in diverse areas: science and technology, global governance, peacebuilding, human rights and economy.
Established in 2022, UNU-CPR Geneva focuses on strengthening global responses to geopolitical uncertainty, technological disruption and institutional strain through convening, strategic foresight, research and cross-sector collaboration.
UNU-CPR also serves as Research Lead for the Secretary-General’s Scientific Advisory Board.
