H.E. Amb. Luis Chuquihuara Chil, is the Permanent Representative of Peru to the United Nations Office at Geneva and in Nairobi. H.E. Amb. Chuquihuara Chilis is therefore also the Permanent Representative of Peru to the United Nations Environment Programme.
