The convening of thought leaders at the Eye on Earth Summit 2011 in Abu Dhabi addressed the issue of access to data and information to support informed decision making on environmental sustainability. The subsequent convergence of information networks and collaboration among the Eye on Earth Community has advanced the agenda through a number of initiatives and projects.
