Dorina Seitaj

Dorina Seitaj is an Innovation Engagement Manager at Unearthodox, leading the development of an integrated engagement plan for the innovation portfolio. She focuses on translating internal strategies and complex ideas into accessible and relevant material for a wide variety of stakeholders.

Prior to this position, she was Programme Officer at IUCN’s Ocean team, working on the ocean climate-biodiversity nexus. She is particularly interested in addressing the cumulative impacts of climate-related stressors on ocean health, by bridging the gap between science, decision makers and marine resources managers.  She holds a PhD in marine biogeochemistry from the Netherlands Institute of Sear Research (NIOZ) and her research focused on the impact of deoxygenation on marine environments.
